Absolutely the worst store under the camping world umbrella. We purchased a 2026 RV, within 24 hours it had issues. The store was supposed to do a thorough inspection before releasing it to us, clearly was not done as we have water leaking everywhere within 24 hrs of use. Parts were ordered incorrectly and it’s been sitting with them for almost 2 months. Service managers are never available and have tracking issues on parts. They are the most unreliable store that exists. After you sign paperwork they do not make you a priority nor try to assist you. Stay away from this store! Not worth your time or money! Terrible service, assistance, and experience. we are calling corporate. We will have made 2 payments and used it less than a day! We have spoken to multiple representatives and managers.

I had a great experience with Camping World, our sales rep Sarah was awesome and helped us a lot with finding the right trailer for our needs that was well within our budget. She was very knowledgeable on the subject and answered every question we had. We had Desiree as our financing manager who was also a great help in finding the best loan plan for us and helped to lower our payment. She was able to explain every detail and walk us through everything and answered every question we had, often before we could ask it. I wholeheartedly recommend Camping World and will definitely be returning for any future needs.

Edited to add: Our loan has now been paid off in full so that we can cancel the $8,000 “extended warranty”, but now they are ignoring our emails/phone messages to get the cancellation paperwork signed and sent in. They’re doing this on purpose as there is a time limit and they are hoping to run out the clock to screw their customers. Do NOT finance through Camping World. During the loan closing process, you will be sold warranties and protection plans that increase the total cost a lot. These warranties can be bought directly through Good Sam or other providers at a much lower price. Be aware that if you agree to the warranties and change your mind the same day, it’s too late to cancel them and receive a full refund until you pay your loan in FULL and within 60 days.

We had a really good experience.Our service person was Patrick Cashwell.He couldn't have done a better job. Everyone was warm and friendly and very helpful. We are very excited to get started on our camping trips. Thank you. Camping World for the best experience ever.

Would be a zero but it wasn’t an option. I purchased a brand new 2026 Forest River Forrester (motorhome) from them and before 3 weeks had passed, the generator stopped working, the furnace went out and the microwave would not turn off unless you turned it off at the breaker. They have had it now, for repair, for 15 days and haven’t even bothered to order parts even after the manufacturer approved the repair. It’s currently sitting torn apart on their lot where it will remain. I will never purchase from them again!!!
